We have a strong tradition of developing our people, and our training programs work.
We continue to invest heavily in our team development with a wealth of internal training courses, access to external courses, and Nursery based support with our Lead Practitioners and Management team.
Our internal Training Coordinator is there for you at every stage of your career to support you in your role, inspire you, and develop your potential.
More than a team
In our nurseries, we regularly arrange social activities and team-building events.
We also hold monthly staff meetings where we participate in team-building exercises and activities.
We hold a delicious annual Christmas dinner and party for all our members of staff and children, and a subsidised Christmas Party for staff only, which is always enjoyable.
